Protocol Studio is a trade name of LMTE Group LLC (“Protocol Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, communicate with us, request information, or use our business services. It does not replace a written agreement governing data we process on behalf of a client.

1. Personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and business information: name, business name, title, email address, telephone number, website, address, and information you submit in forms or communications.
  • Commercial information: requested services, proposals, agreements, billing status, transaction records, and service history. Card and bank details are processed by our payment providers; we do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers.
  • Website and device information: IP address, browser and device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP, and interactions with emails or the website.
  • Client-provided information: information a business client instructs us to process in connection with the Services, such as business contacts, marketing leads, campaign, CRM, or analytics data.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information, including medical information, social-security numbers, government IDs, account passwords, or payment-card information through website forms or ordinary email. Our marketing systems are not intended to receive protected health information (“PHI”) unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

2. How we use personal information

We use personal information to operate and secure our website and Services; respond to inquiries; prepare proposals and agreements; process payments; deliver, support, and improve Services; communicate about service, billing, and relevant business updates; analyze website performance; prevent fraud and misuse; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our agreements. Where we process information on a client’s behalf, we do so under that client’s instructions and applicable agreement.

3. Cookies and analytics

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember settings, understand usage, measure campaigns, and improve performance. You can control cookies through browser settings; disabling them may affect website functionality. If we deploy optional advertising or analytics technologies requiring consent under applicable law, we will provide the required notice and choice.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us host websites, process payments, communicate, store data, provide analytics, manage CRM or automation, deliver advertising, secure systems, or provide professional services. We may also disclose information to a client when we process it on that client’s behalf; to professional advisers; in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or reorganization; to comply with law or a lawful request; or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without providing any notice and choice required by law.

5. Data retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to provide Services, comply with legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Our role when we serve a client

When a business client instructs us to process personal information through a CRM, website, campaign, automation, dashboard, or similar Service, that business determines the purposes and means of the processing and is responsible for its notices, consents, and legal basis. In that context, Protocol Studio acts as a service provider or processor as described in the applicable written agreement and Data Processing Addendum. This Privacy Policy applies to Protocol Studio’s own direct business relationship with you; it does not replace the client’s privacy notice. Direct privacy requests about a client’s customer, prospect, patient, or lead data to that client first.

7. Sensitive and healthcare information

Do not submit medical histories, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment information, laboratory results, prescriptions, insurance information, payment-card information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through our public forms or ordinary email. Protocol Studio is a growth and technology provider; our ordinary marketing systems are not designed to receive PHI. We do not intentionally collect PHI through the website. If a separate written Business Associate Agreement applies to a defined client workflow, that agreement—not this public policy—governs the relevant PHI processing.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about our processing of your personal information, subject to applicable law and verification. If we process information for a client, direct your request to that client first; we will assist as required by our agreement and law. To submit a privacy request, email info@gowithprotocol.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

9. U.S. state privacy notice

Depending on your state of residence and the applicability of its privacy law, you may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, or opt out of certain processing of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without providing legally required notice and choice. We honor applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by law.

During the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information we may collect, use, and disclose for the business purposes in this Policy include identifiers and business-contact details; commercial and transaction information; internet, device, and usage information; and professional information. We disclose them only to the categories of recipients described in “How we disclose information.” We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority, and we may verify the request directly with you.

10. International users

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you provide information from another country, you understand that it may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws.

11. Children

Our website and Services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Third-party links and services

Our website and Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy. Review those policies before providing information to them.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
