These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe the use of the Protocol Studio website. Protocol Studio is a trade name of LMTE Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Protocol Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “Terms & Conditions” and “Terms of Service” refer to this same document.
1. Website information and business services
Our website describes business growth, marketing, content, technology, and related services. It is intended for business customers. Information about a collaboration level or possible component is not a personalized proposal, a promise that every component is included, or a guarantee of availability or results.
A service engagement is governed by its accepted Order Form and the applicable Master Services Agreement, Billing and Cancellation Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and other expressly referenced documents. Those documents are made available during the proposal and contracting process. Visiting this website or viewing a service page does not purchase a service or authorize a payment. These website Terms do not replace an accepted service agreement.
2. Inquiries and information you provide
Provide accurate business and contact information when communicating with us. If you act for a business, you should have authority to make the relevant inquiry or give instructions on its behalf.
Do not send medical histories, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment information, laboratory results, prescriptions, insurance information, payment-card details, government identifiers, account passwords, or other sensitive information through our public forms or ordinary email. A form identified as a review preview does not submit information or create a booking. Use a working contact method displayed on the website for an actual inquiry.
3. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not use it to submit false or misleading information, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious code, disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or collect information you are not authorized to access. We may restrict use that threatens the website, its users, or our services.
4. Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, the website's original content, design, code, graphics, and other materials belong to Protocol Studio or their respective licensors. You may view the website and retain a copy of its legal documents for your own reference. This does not grant a right to resell, sublicense, reproduce our materials as your own, or use another person's image, voice, or content without the necessary permission.
Rights in client-specific deliverables, client materials, accounts, and Protocol Studio's pre-existing systems and methods are governed by the applicable service agreement, not by viewing examples on this website.
5. Examples and outcomes
Scenes, dashboards, messages, calendars, and figures identified as illustrative or sample data explain how a service may work. They are not client results, live business records, or guarantees that an inquiry will become an appointment or sale.
Marketing, search visibility, advertising, engagement, bookings, and other business outcomes depend on many factors outside Protocol Studio's control. Website information does not guarantee a particular result. Protocol Studio provides business and technology services, not medical, clinical, legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice.
6. Third-party links and embedded media
The website may link to or display third-party services, including external video players. Those providers operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, policies, account decisions, or changes. Review their notices before providing information to them. An external link or embedded example does not transfer ownership of the underlying content to a visitor.
7. Privacy and client data
Our Privacy Policy explains our direct handling of personal information, including information related to website visits and business inquiries. The Data Processing Addendum applies where we process personal data on a client's documented instructions under an applicable service agreement; it is not a substitute for the client's own privacy notice.
Our ordinary marketing systems are not intended to receive protected health information (“PHI”). Processing PHI requires a separate written Business Associate Agreement for a defined workflow, as described in the applicable service documents.
8. Availability and limitations
We may update, correct, suspend, or remove website information and features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, or that website information will always be complete or current.
Nothing in these Terms removes a right or limits a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Obligations, warranties, remedies, and liability relating to contracted services are addressed in the applicable service agreement.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these website Terms prospectively by posting an updated version and effective date. Changes to an accepted service agreement, its scope, fees, or cancellation conditions remain governed by that agreement. A website update does not itself authorize a new charge.
